We hope that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase, but we realise that isn’t always the case. Therefore we are delighted to offer a 30-day returns and exchange policy to ensure you are happy with your order and our service.
For added peace of mind, our Christmas returns policy is extended until 15 January 2021. Please note that extended returns excludes sale items which are covered by our 30 day returns.
- Returned items must include the original labels and packaging and be in a new and unused state, fit for resale
- Please take care when trying items on with makeup and other items that can mark, returned items will be refused if marked
- Items that are split such as packs of socks, missing tags or marked in any way will not be accepted
- In the event that an item is faulty, please contact us immediately
- Your Statutory rights are not affected
Returns in the UK are free.
You can return your GolfGarb order for FREE via any Post Office
To return your item via one of 10,500 Post Offices please complete form enclosed with your order filling in all relevant information, an incomplete form will delay the processing of your return. Enclose your completed returns form with your parcel.
Next, please visit Royal Mail via this link to create your free returns label.
Print out the label and affix to the outside of your package or take your parcel and the email sent to you on your phone or printed and the Post Office will print you a label.
Please allow 14 working days for us to process the return. We will notify you by email once it has been completed.
Only orders that meet the following conditions may be returned using Royal Mail Tracked Returns:
Returned parcels must have specific dimensions no larger than 61cm L x 46cm W x 46cm D
Returned parcels must weigh no more than 20Kgs
No aerosols or combustible products
Do not affix the Royal Mail returns label to the product packaging (shoe boxes etc.)
International customers have 30 days from their order date to return unused items and with all original packaging intact and tags attached.
Please note that we cannot offer free international returns.
Refunds on international returns will include only the amount paid for the products and does not include refunding duties, taxes and fees, this will need to be reclaimed from your local customs office. Incurred fees for duty or processing fees will be deducted from any refunds due.
We strongly recommend you use a service that provides a certificate of postage and a tracking number as we are not responsible for items that do not reach us.
Please ensure this message is clearly visible on the exterior of the package: "Returned Goods - Failed Sale".

The quickest way to make an exchange is to place a new order for the item you want and return the original for a refund.
If you prefer please tick the box on your returns form for an exchange and indicate what size you would like.
If there is a price difference on the exchanged item a credit will be applied to your account for you to complete checkout.
We operate a fair use policy for returns, excessive return rates will be subject to delivery charges.
