Delivery to UK
Express Delivery
Free for all orders over £25.00. Delivery time 2 to 3 working days for receipt of order.
For orders under £25 Delivery is £3.00.
Next Day Delivery
Next Day Delivery is available for all orders for £7.00 per order. Orders must be received before 1pm and will be delivered by 3pm the next working day (Monday to Friday). This excludes orders for Northern Ireland, the Highlands, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man where delivery is guaranteed within 2 working days.
Receiving your order
All orders are sent by Royal Mail Recorded delivery or courier, a signature will be required for all orders. Your tracking number will be sent to you with your Dispatch Notification.
Dispatch Time
Order are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders received before 1pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day.
Orders received after 1pm Friday, over the weekend or during a Bank Holiday will be despatched the following Monday.
Orders will only be dispatched to the card holders registered address or to the card holder at a business address. If you require your items to be delivered elsewhere please ensure you leave a day time land line contact telephone number.
Delivery to Ireland and Europe
Free for all orders over £75
Orders under £75 are subject to a £6.00 delivery charge
All packages are sent International Airmail and will need a signature on receipt. Delivery times are approximately 4 to 10 working days.
Delivery to the rest of the World
We ship to most locations, delivery charges are £15, please allow 10 working days for arrival.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase but on occasions we fully understand that things just aren't right or as expected with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, you are more then welcome to return the items back to us for exchange or refund within 90 days of original order of the goods. The items must be returned back to us with the original packaging and the labels, returned items without labels or packaging will be subject to a 25% charge, please ensure you return all items. We aim to issue your refund immediately but please allow us up to 7 days to process your refund.
All items come with 1 year manufacturing warranty (unless otherwise stated in the product descriptions), your statutory rights are not affected. Please contact us in the event of a faulty item.

Delivery charges will not be refunded except in the event of faulty or incorrectly sent items. Your statutory rights are not affected. In the event that an item is faulty in any way please contact us immediately in order that we might rectify the problem.
If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 25% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
