Orders are despatched and delivered Monday to Friday.
Once your order has been despatched a confirmation email will be sent detailing the tracking information.

Deliveries are made between 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday. If you are not available when delivery is attempted, a card will be left with options for re-delivery or details of your local depot to collect your parcel from.
Europe & Worldwide Delivery

Returns
30 Days - no quibble returns policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! However, if you choose to return your purchase we offer a 30 day exchange / refund period.
Goods returned after 30 days may at our descretion be returned for a credit note.
Returns information is included in your package. Incurred return delivery costs will not be refunded. Please complete the returns form included with your order, or click to download a copy, Adobe Acrobat required to view.
You will receive email notification upon receipt of your return. Please allow up to 7 days for processing.
In the event that an item is faulty, please contact us immediately.
If the product returned is not in as purchased condition with the product tags attached we reserve the right to refuse the return.
