We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). The information collected will only be used to process your order.
If we send you an email, we will give you the chance to refuse any further marketing email from us in the future. We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).
The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name, address, phone number and email address. Your credit/debit card details are processed by Paypal or LloydsTSB Cardnet and GolfGarb does not hold this information at any point.
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy.
Your data will not be shared with any outside agencies.
Our Terms & Conditions (friendly version)
We endeavour to ship your goods within 24 hours of you placing the order and payment is received.
We aim to keep all items listed in stock at all times. In the unlikely event that we do not have the stock at the time of ordering we will notify you immediately. You are welcome to wait for your chosen item, exchange it or cancel your order.
We will not take payment for your item until it is ready to dispatch.
We will endeavour to make our descriptions as accurate as possible but some information may be supplied to us by the manufacturers of the items and we cannot guarantee accuracy. In the event that the description is not accurate we will offer a full refund.
If you are not totally happy with your purchase you are welcome to return it to us for a full refund within 90 days of receipt of goods. Any goods returned must have sales labels affixed and be supplied in the original packaging, items returned without lables or packaging will be subject to a 25% returns charge. We cannot cover the cost of returning the item to us (much the same way a shop will not refund your petrol or parking costs For more details on delivery, returns and privacy please see the relevant sections.

These terms and conditions cover the trading relationship and use of our web site between GolfGarb Ltd and you the customer. By using our web site you agree to the Terms and Conditions.
1. Definitions
In this agreement:
“Us”/”We” – GolfGarb Ltd
“You”/”Customer” – Any person aged 18 or over who confirms an order on our web site or user of the web site
"Carrier" - means any person or business contracted by us to carry Goods from us to you, whether all or part of the distance.
"Web Site" - means the entire computing hardware and software installation that is or supports Our Web Site.
"Goods" - means any of the Goods we offer for sale on our web site.
"Content" - means information in any form published on GolfGarb’s Web Site by us or any third party with our consent.
Our contract with you
1 These terms and conditions apply:
1.1 so far as the context allows, to you as a visitor to Our Web Site; and in any event to you as a buyer or prospective buyer of our Goods.
1.2 Goods advertised may not be available.
1.3 We shall accept your order by e-mail confirmation. Our confirmation email will detail your purchase and inform you when we shall despatch your order. That is when our contract is made.
1.4 We are not obliged to supply your goods until we have confirmed dispatch of the goods
1.5 All descriptions, weights and sizes of Goods are those of the original manufacturers and you may not rely on their accuracy. Accordingly, any such description shall not form part of this Agreement.
1.6 If we do not have the Goods you order in stock, we will offer you alternatives before we dispatch your order. If this happens you may:
- accept the alternatives we offer;
- cancel your order;
- leave the order valid until we have stock
1.7 If we owe you money (for this or any other reason), we will credit your credit or debit card as soon as reasonably practicable but in any event no later than 30 days from the date of your order.
1.8 Goods are at your risk from the moment they are signed for from our nominated.
2 Price and Payment
2.1 You must pay us the full price of your order before we will send any part of it.
2.2 Banking charges by the receiving bank on payments to us will be borne by us. All other charges relating to payment in a currency other than pounds Sterling will be borne by you.
2.3 Any details given by us in relation to exchange rates are approximate only and may vary from time to time.
2.4 You will pay all sums due to us under these terms by the means specified without any set-off, deduction or counterclaim.
2.5 Payment will only be taken at the time the goods are dispatched
2.6 Payment for special orders will be made at the time of ordering the special order
4 Delivery
4.1 Deliveries will be made by the Carrier to the address stipulated in your order after you have received a confirmation email from us with a Carrier reference number. You must ensure that someone is present to accept delivery, although where the Carrier is the Royal Mail you accept that delivery may be effected by collection from the local post office by you if you are absent during normal working hours from the delivery address you give us.
4.2 If we are not able to deliver your Goods within 30 days of the date of your order, we shall notify you by e-mail to arrange another date for delivery.
4.3 We may deliver the goods in installments if the goods are not available at the same time for delivery.
5 Taxes, duties and import restrictions
5.1 GolfGarb operates under
5.2 We have no knowledge of, and no responsibility for, the laws in your country of residence.
5.3 You are responsible for purchasing Goods which you are lawfully able to import and for the payment of import duties and taxes of any kind levied in your country of residence.
6 Disclaimers
6.1 We or our Content suppliers may make improvements or changes to Our Web Site, the Content, or to any of the Goods, at any time and without advance notice.
6.2 You are advised that Content may include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors.
6.3 We are not liable in any circumstances for special, indirect or consequential loss or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, loss of data or loss of revenues or profits, whether in an action of contract, negligence or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with your use of Our Web Site or the purchase of Goods.
6.4 To the extent permissible by law in any claim against us our liability is limited to the value of the goods you have purchased in the contract which is the subject of the dispute.
6.5 We give no warranty and make no representation, express or implied, as to:
6.5.1 the adequacy or appropriateness of the Goods for your purpose.
6.5.2 the accuracy of any information given on Our Web Site;
6.5.3 to the extent permissible by law any implied warranty or condition as to merchantability or fitness of the Goods and Services for a particular purpose;
6.5.4 non-infringement of any right.
6.6 Our Web Site may contain links to other Internet web sites. We have neither power nor control over any such web site. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable in any way for the Content of any such linked web site, nor for any loss or damage arising from your use of any such web site.
